Cony 360 AF11 Engine information

Cooling turbine and housing: A finned turbine bolted directly to the crankshaft. The housing directs are to the cooling shrouds around each cylinder.

Alternator: Located at the front and driven by belt from a pulley in front of the cooling turbine.

Distributor: Gear driven from the crankshaft with a plastic cap and integrated spark plug wires. Timing 5 degrees before top dead center in stillness.

Points nnnnnnnnnnnnnn, condensor nnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Lubrication: Mechanically driven oil pump with a separate tank (dry sump) located to the side of the engine. External oil filtration with the filter located above the engine.

Crankshaft: Motorcycle style crankshaft pressed together and “floating” within the block.

Camshaft: Gear driven from and located directly below the crankshaft.

Valves: One intake and one exhaust valve per cylinder driven by pushrods from the camshaft. Intake is at the rear and exhaust is at the front. Mechanical valve adjustment to .## mm.

Pistons: Two pistons separated by exactly 180º, bore ###, stroke ###.
